Return & Refund Policy

At photomax.in, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. If something isn't right with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or wrong items.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and free items.
• Proof of the issue (clear photos and/or a video) must be provided when you request the return.

2. What is not eligible

• Any return request made after 7 days of delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence after delivery.
• Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
• Normal wear and tear.

3. How to request a return

1. Email us at contact@photomax.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, clear images/videos of the damaged or defective product, and a short description of the issue.
3. Our support team will review your request within 2 working days and guide you through the return process, including how to send the item back.

Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during the return process. Where the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we bear the return shipping cost.

4. Refund process

• Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to credit it.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer (UPI/NEFT) to the account details you provide.

5. Order cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Email contact@photomax.in with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, the return rules above apply.
