This website is operated by Photomax("Photomax", "we", "us"), a business based in New Delhi, India. By accessing or using photomax.in (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not amount to acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the products. If we cannot accept your order we will notify you and refund any amount paid.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language English.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
