How we get your order to you, quickly and safely, anywhere in India.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (on working days). You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.
We deliver all over India, typically within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier operations, weather and public holidays. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and link by email/SMS. You can also track your order from My Orders if you have an account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
We ship through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before a shipment is returned to us.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If your area is not serviceable by our logistics partners, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
